So , this investigation was designed to find out the most nutritive different salad samples Moreover; find out the quantity of different salads which covered the dally rec.ull'fm\oants of vitamin A, \litam;n C '. iron; calcium; phosphorus and zinc for different age stages.
The f'esh salad samples which mare or less covered the daily requirements of vitamin A;vitamin C: iron: calcium; phosphorus and zinc for all age stages in case that !'lese salads were the only source of such components in dflll)l diet can be arranqed In the followtng descending order :
First sample: contains tomatoes ,cucumber: red pepper; green min! ; garden rocket ; parsley ; green onion : dried shamy bread ; olive oil: black olives; black pepper: lemon juice: salt and vinegar.
Second sample: contains tomatoes ; red pepper: parsley , garlic ; green oniol\;olive oil; lemon JUIce " baited chick ~a and sal\ .
