Aims and Scope

Journal of Food and Dairy Sciences publishes monthly original research and review articles related to nutritional and safety aspects of food and dairy products with an emphasis on research and development of food and dairy industries. The journal publishes papers including but not limited to the following fields:

  • Physicochemical and microbial characterization of food and dairy products in relation to quality standards.
  • Microbial, biotechnological and enzyme processing of food and dairy products.
  • Modern techniques of the food industry and engineering.
  • Modern sensing techniques for food and dairy industries optimization.
